3D CAD design

Forged + FULL CNC machining

After being forged, the entire head is machined one by one using CNC control, creating a highly accurate head that matches the design data. The characteristic parts that are essential to performance are left as they are, and then delicately polished, carefully creating a sense of precision while still providing the ease of holding and warmth that are essential to a tool.

EDM (Electrical Discharge Milling)

The face is milled using CNC control, with precisely engraved score lines. Electrical discharge machining (EDM) is then used to improve the surface roughness between the grooves, increasing maximum spin on a variety of wedge shots.

Sole shape (B, S, G, D)

B Sole "Easy to hit with confidence" The sole functions accurately in various situations such as rough and bunker. This is the base sole shape among the various distinctive sole designs.
