| ・Super soft FORGED Among the "mild steels," S20C is used, which has a low carbon content and is soft. The round bar is rough forged three times at 800 tons, and then finish forged twice at 1,000 tons, for a total of five forgings to create a refined head. Ultra-precise face milling : By creating extremely fine grooves on the face using computer control and creating score lines using CNC with a special tool, stable spin performance is achieved even in various conditions where the amount of spin is affected, such as in rain or on rough ground. -CNC Milled Cavity The back face of the forged head is machined using CNC. The thick, rounded hitting area produces an extremely soft and solid feel on impact, making the head easy to maneuver. - Trapezoid soleBy rounding off (chamfering) the sole from toe to heel and face to back of the face, it can accommodate any lie, and even with a slight duff, there is less resistance from the head, allowing you to hit the ball straight towards the target. |
