Head Technologies

NITROGEN Encapsulated Head

By filling the head with nitrogen gas (NITOROGEN), we have succeeded in increasing the internal pressure and improving the durability of the face. In addition, by increasing the internal pressure, the head release is greatly improved and the deceleration of the head after hitting the ball is improved by 24%.
Energy is transferred to the ball more efficiently, increasing initial ball speed. The sweet spot is also wider, providing more power on off-center hits.

DAT55G Uneven Face & MTF Slit Sole

Using DAT55G on the face contributes to a better feel and increased initial ball velocity.
Due to regulations regarding high resilience, the DAT55G is difficult to handle, but this is overcome by using gas to seal in the ball and using a tapered structure.
A model that is easy to hit even for users with a head speed of 39 m/s or less.

*Low center of gravity ratio: The ratio of the center of gravity position on the face to the face height. The lower the value, the lower the center of gravity.
Generally, a head with a low center of gravity ratio of less than 60% has an ultra-low center of gravity design, making it a club that is easy to hit low-spin shots.

BLACK ION PLATING
SILVER SATIN FACE

The head is treated with black ion plating*.
The more transparent, unclouded mirror finish creates a luxurious feel.
The face has a silver satin finish with IP removed to make it easier for intermediate and advanced players to see the loft and face angle.

*Ion plating (IP) - A process in which ionized deposition material is accelerated by an electric field and collided with the head surface to form a coating.

SHORT INSET HOSEL

When the hosel is positioned higher, the center of gravity on the face is higher and the center of gravity distance is longer.
In addition, the distance between the center of gravity inside the head, which is three-dimensionally hollow, and the shaft becomes longer, reducing the sense of unity between the head and shaft.
The hosel is inserted into the head as far as the sole can go, lowering the center of gravity on the face and shortening the distance to the center of gravity, and designed to create a sense of unity between the head and shaft. It also prevents excessive toe-down, which can cause a decrease in the meet rate, and reduces the moment of inertia around the neck axis, making it easier to hit intentional balls such as fades and draws.

*The shaft insertion size is 35mm. (The conventional TP07NITOROGEN is 32mm.)

Deep Face & Adjustable Weight Head

It is 3mm deeper than the nitrogen-filled head of the previous model, and has been designed to provide even greater distance.
While maintaining its ease of setup, the low center of gravity ratio of 55% and low spin performance achieve even greater distance.
In addition, the 3g weight reduction makes it possible to accommodate lengths of over 46 inches.
The freedom to set the weights on the toe and heel has been greatly increased, making it easier to adjust the ball's grip.

Torx Screw-Port Weight Weight Position for greater effect

Changed from conventional hexagonal weights to torque weights (T20).
In addition, the effect of the screw port weight has been increased by moving the screw port weight attachment position 11mm toward the toe and heel compared to the previous model, TP-07.
5 types of screw port weights
The 25 possible combinations allow you to adjust the trajectory, club weight, and swing balance.
