2017 model Romaro Ray Type R Utility

Two-piece construction provides high tolerance and stability

In addition to the two-piece structure of the titanium cup face and stainless steel body, it uses a variable hardening face that is thicker in the center and gradually changes in thickness around the edges. It is resistant to variations in the impact point and has high tolerance. The head shape can be used comfortably in the flow of FW and iron, and the moderate grip creates a sense of stability in the ball trajectory.

Dual reflection structure that transforms the area where impact points are concentrated into a high initial velocity area

The biggest feature of this series is the wide and deep M-shaped groove (M Force Pocket) on the front of the sole. This structure allows not only the cup face but also the body to flex, greatly expanding the high initial velocity area of the entire face. It produces high initial velocity even in the lower part of the face where mishits are more likely to occur. It has good impact efficiency, and the ball is launched with the right spin and a high launch angle, achieving a consistent distance.

The Romaro sound that competitive golfers love

The "sound rib" on the inside of the sole prevents excessive bending of the body and reduces backspin that causes distance loss. It also tunes the impact sound, and the Romaro sound that goes hand in hand with the comfortable feel is still alive and well.

Craft parts that can be adjusted to suit the user

The "fitting weight" is attached to the back of the sole. It is a craft part that adjusts the grip and lift of the ball at impact to suit each individual swing. Available in three types: aluminum (1g), stainless steel (3g), and tungsten (5g).
