"Air" was released in 2014 with the concept of "fastest running."
Now in its 10th season, this year sees the adoption of ultra-high performance materials to deliver the ultimate in performance. New LB Technology: The LB technology that has been adopted in the "running"-focused "Air," "Xanadu," and "T-series T-1" has been further enhanced by the use of ultra-high performance materials.
Utilizing the know-how gained from using metal wires with "Fabulous Ni-Ti," we have developed a new LB technology.
High elasticity stainless steel wires are arranged at 2mm pitch, and by increasing the elasticity at the handle compared to conventional products, explosive spring back is produced.
Stiffness Control TRPX's unique precision manufacturing process and two-point flex management are used to achieve high-level power transmission. By gradually loosening the rigidity from the grip to the tip, the powerful rebound achieved by the new LB technology is amplified, resulting in faster impact than ever before.
Using metal wire inevitably makes the shaft heavier, but through our own development, we have achieved a weight reduction that is lighter than the previous "Air" shaft.
The flex R is designed to be 48g so that seniors can also use it.
