PXG 0311XF GEN6 Fairway Wood
|
Maximum ease of use, high trajectory and high initial velocity design. The railed sole design ensures smooth sliding on the fairway. |
The PXG 0311 XF GEN6 fairways feature PXG's most advanced technology and are ideal for golfers looking for maximum forgiveness.
The large square face expands the area where the ball can be hit, improving forgiveness. It is designed to generate ball speed even on off-center hits, making it easy to increase distance.
The railed sole design allows the club to glide smoothly over the turf, helping you launch the ball higher and increase your distance on the fairway.
Head shape
Large, well-balanced head shape for exceptional ease of use
- Face shape: The heel-to-toe face is long and high, making it easier to use.
- It features a railed sole geometry with long rails on the sole to reduce friction with the turf on the side , and is recommended for those who want to stabilize the head's sliding on the turf.
·Medium spin design ·Fast ball speed ·Excellent distance ·High moment of inertia ·Surprisingly easy to use ·High trajectory ·Excellent feel and sound |
GEN6 Performance Technology

High Speed Square Face The PXG 0311XF GEN6 fairway uses HT1770 stainless steel in the face and a lower center of gravity to launch higher, optimize spin and generate incredibly fast ball speeds. The squared face design with a more vertical perimeter shift and increased surface area makes the club head much more forgiving.
Head Design The 0311XF GEN6 fairway is constructed from high-strength AM355 steel and features an easy-to-hit, shallow head shape. The club head body features a square face and flat sole, which allows for mass to be placed low and close to the perimeter for improved forgiveness.
Through rigorous modal analysis testing, we developed an innovative, analytically-backed weighting structure that delivers incredible sound and
feel . High-precision weight technology is positioned as close to the clubhead's perimeter as possible and secured to the outer wall of the head, creating a precise, strong and stable structure that generates high-frequency vibrations.
High-strength carbon fibre crown The crown of the PXG 0311XF GEN6 fairway is constructed from premium carbon fiber. The lightweight material reduces mass in the crown and redistributes it under the clubhead and around the perimeter for an ideal center of gravity location that's easier to launch.
Hosel Adjustment Function Equipped with a simple, lightweight hosel that can be adjusted intuitively, it allows fine adjustment of the loft angle and lie angle. The position with the white dot is the standard setting. A small "+" increases the loft angle by 1 degree, and a large "+" increases the loft angle by 1.5 degrees. Conversely, a small "-" decreases (strengthens) the loft angle by 1 degree, and a large "-" decreases (strengthens) the loft angle by 1.5 degrees. The PXG logo is printed directly opposite the white dot. This position is the flattest lie angle (-3 degrees) and is the standard loft angle setting.
High-precision weighting system The PXG 0311 XF GEN6 fairway is equipped with one light (2.5g) and one heavier (15g) replaceable weight in the sole to allow for tuning of the desired spin and bias. Weights are available in 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15, 17.5 and 20 gram options and can also be used to adjust the overall head weight.

The dream shaft that flies and doesn't bend has been born.
- The gentle W kick makes it easy to turn and return cleanly!
-Excellent ease of swinging with a high level of both distance and direction!
・The most flying weight range is around 53g
-No toe down even with long length.
|
It was born from the challenge of achieving both distance and direction, something that was previously thought to be impossible.
|
A long, light, flying shaft that has been around for a long time. However, the direction is not the best.
In order to surpass the legendary shaft, Longest Yard, which previously achieved both distance and direction, In 2019, Angel's Vice President, Fukushi, approached Daiichi Golf for advice.
Communication between the engineers and Daiichi Golf testers began. Based on the original Angel, which had a reputation for being easy to swing and not bending, we repeated prototyping and testing four times. We have finally completed a prototype that flies, can be hit, and doesn't bend!
This time, the rolling was a gentler double kick than Roxy's, widening the target. The moderate softness in the hands creates tension, generates energy, and then the ball returns cleanly, so it doesn't curve like in California! This is the rolling behavior that allows the ball to fly without bending.
The long shaft creates a pause, which generates great energy when returned well. To achieve that long length, it is necessary to eliminate vertical flex (toe down) during the swing. With a heavy head attached, you can roll without toeing down and make a nice turn! We encourage you to try rolling 0.5 to 1 inch longer than usual.
