PXG BATTLE READY II BAT ATTACK PUTTER Bat Attack Putter |
PRECISION-INJECTED
PXG's Battle Ready II putters feature thin-walled hollow-body construction, an injection-molded core and the thinnest face of any putter, resulting in a high moment of inertia (MOI) design that delivers superior sound and feel with every stroke.
The Bat Attack features a long, heavy, twin heel-toe wing design that facilitates consistent alignment on target. This distinctive mallet has a compact appearance, yet provides the MOI and center of gravity advantages of a mallet-style putter for increased confidence on the course.
Hollow structure improves MOI/moment of inertia
Traditional solid body putters have unnecessary mass near the center of gravity, limiting the MOI.
The Battle Ready II's hollow body construction relocates mass to the extreme perimeter of the putter for increased stability on mishits.
S-Cor Technology
PXG Battle Ready II putters feature S COR, a lightweight polymer injected into the body of each putter.
S COR pairs seamlessly with the ultra-thin face to increase MOI while reducing vibration for superior sound and feel.
The thinnest face of any putter
PXG’s hollow-body putter design was inspired by the company’s famous flagship irons, allowing PXG engineers to develop an ultra-thin putter face.
The responsive face is just 0.055 inches (1.397 mm) thick, allowing the center of gravity to be positioned further back in the clubhead, increasing the moment of inertia (MOI).
Sophisticated face pattern
Now in its third evolution, PXG's Pyramid Face structure is milled more precisely to improve the ball's rotation characteristics.
This new face pattern produces the soft sound of an insert putter while maintaining the responsiveness of a single-piece milled putter.
Precise weight adjustment
The balance of the Battle Ready II putter can be fine-tuned by changing the weight position and mass.
You can further fine-tune your selected hosel to optimize launch conditions based on your stroke and preferences.
Center Shafted
The center shafted hosel places the shaft axis in the center, so the center of gravity angle is face balanced.
This model is well-weighted and perfect for players with a straight stroke.
Double Bend
The face-balanced design of the double bend hosel minimizes torsional resistance, making it easier to rotate the putter face.
Suitable for players who tend to push the ball away.
Short slant/heel shafted
A heel-shafted hosel positions the shaft axis as close to the heel side of the putter as possible, strengthening the toe hang and increasing the inertia needed to rotate the putter face.
Recommended for players who tend to over-rotate their putter or hook the ball.
Crank Neck
The crank neck hosel has the shaft axis positioned at the heel and has a mid-toe hang, making it easier to square the face.
This hosel is best suited for players with a straight or arcing stroke.
