Black Ops TOUR-1 Technology that brings out performance
|
AMF Technology Black Ops uses Advanced Material Face (AMF) technology, which uses a proprietary titanium alloy face material that is stronger and more flexible, increasing face deflection at impact for significantly increased distance.
High-strength composite structure The lightweight inserts in the crown and sole are made from high-grade carbon fiber composite prepreg material, which is molded using an advanced compression process. The use of lightweight, high-strength parts allows for optimal weight distribution within the club head. This improves the moment of inertia and positions the center of gravity lower and further back, improving distance and forgiveness.
High-precision weighting technology The Black Ops driver comes with two replaceable light weights (2.5g) and one heavy weight (12.5g) in the sole, allowing you to adjust the spin and bias you want. Weights are available in 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15, 17.5, and 20 grams, allowing you to fine-tune the overall head weight and shot bias for each individual player. By adjusting the weights, you can increase the total moment of inertia to over 10,000g-cm2.
Different bulge and roll design faces are strategically adjusted in both lateral and vertical curvature to optimize driver performance. This design optimizes the club's response to off-center shots, improving forgiveness and overall performance. Robotic face grinding allows for faces with different bulge and roll curvature radii to be manufactured with high consistency.
Optimized Localized Face DesignThis proprietary design optimizes driver performance by providing consistent and efficient energy transfer regardless of impact anywhere on the club face, resulting in increased ball speeds and distance.
Optimized Natural Frequency: By fine-tuning the natural vibration patterns and resonances within the club head structure, we optimize the natural frequency to improve performance. This improves the feel, sound and performance of the driver at the moment of contact with the golf ball.

FireExpress MX-P#
Introducing the MX-P#, the successor to the MAX series
MAX Plus has evolved with the extensive use of Toray Industries' TORAYCARM40X, a high-strength, high-elasticity next-generation carbon fiber.
The MX-P# has been born, inheriting the distance and stability of the first Fire Express MAX series, the "MAX-WBQ," and the second generation, the "MAX-Plus"!
By significantly increasing the stiffness at the grip and reducing the stiffness in the middle section, we developed a medium flex shaft that allows you to hit the ball without it moving wildly by creating a valley of flex. It matches well with today's driver heads that have a long center of gravity distance, and has achieved a behavior that stabilizes head movement and increases the hit rate.
There are four weight ranges: 3, 4, 5, and 6. The lightest in the Fire Express series, the 3 special, is only available in one flex, but it uses a lot of high-strength, high-trajectory carbon sheet Toray CAR-M40X and has a higher vibration frequency (cpm). The basic taper is slightly changed depending on the weight range, and the use of carbon materials and a slightly lighter and harder finish improve swing speed while creating a sense of unity in the series.
The 5 and 6 models provide a satisfying feel for even the most athlete golfers, and the ease of timing at all weight ranges, the ability to catch but not catch too much, and the speed of the rebound improve the distance performance. The new Fire Express MX-P# is born.
