Masahiro Miura's answer: the ultimate ease of swinging KM-700
|
The KM-700 head is shaped with a bold surface structure, and is the answer that Masahiro Miura came up with to the theme of naturally guiding the club head to the appropriate movement towards pole impact during the swing.
Development began approximately five years ago in pursuit of ease of swinging, and the unique head shape that was arrived at through trial and error with various weight distributions creates a new sense of unity between the club and your swing.

New performance: ease of swinging
The unique shape of this blade iron boldly cuts about 20g off the sole toe side of the back face, preventing excessive catching due to the long center of gravity distance, and giving it the performance of "ease of swinging" that allows you to swing with confidence.
The 35mm center of gravity distance makes it resistant to left and right impact point deviations.
The heel end position, a feature of the KM series, has been moved 3 mm toward the toe, while the toe cut has achieved a center of gravity distance of 35 mm (#7). This is a numerical value that exceeds that of the TC-101 (34 mm), and the connection with the swing feeling of the long center of gravity driver has been improved.
An irregular sole that pursues all-around ease
The "4-Angle Sole" used in the PI-401 is also used in the forging process. The camber has a low bounce, but the ideal round shape makes it difficult for the ball to dig into the grass and allows for good release. An all-purpose sole that can handle a variety of lies and slopes and undulations.
