Uses cutting-edge material TORAYCA® M40X!

Fire Express (hereinafter referred to as FE) is now in its 11th year since its brand launch.
The FE series has been an early adopter of cutting-edge technologies and materials such as multi-axial woven fabrics, nanoalloy technology, and TORAYCA® T1100G, producing high-performance shafts.

Once again, the speedy development team demonstrated their strengths. In order to lead the way in a new era, they were the first in the shaft industry to adopt the cutting-edge material "TORAYCA® M40X," a high-compressive strength, high-elasticity carbon fiber made by Toray.
We will be releasing the Fire Express Prototype V (Five) as the fifth prototype driver in the FE series.

Traditionally, when reducing weight or making lightweight shafts under 50g, the shafts tended to be soft and not stiff enough.
With the introduction of M40X, it is now possible to arrange high-elasticity yarns in a straight direction, making the material lighter than before while increasing stiffness.

In addition, the outer layer is made of 2AX SOFMETA®, a six-axis woven fabric sheet. This further stabilizes the shaft behavior during the swing. The inner layer of the middle section is made of a four-axis woven fabric sheet, creating a ten-axis structure with increased rigidity. This provides the element of a double kick, creating a pause at the grip side and running the head at the tip.

This stiffness distribution ensures that the shaft behaves smoothly during the swing, stabilizing the head behavior unique to the Fire Express and increasing the hit rate while accelerating the head, resulting in a shaft that pursues distance performance.

The impact speed is full throttle. The sense of speed and the sharp feeling never before experienced are essential for future premium shafts, and are the result of the TORAYCA® M40X effect.
The feeling when shooting is comfortable and sticky, not found in conventional high-elasticity materials. The silver-based exterior is as high-quality as platinum, satisfying the sense of ownership and captivating to those who see it.

Regarding the sales period: All specifications will be produced and sold for one year (within 2019), however, due to the nature of the product as a prototype, any sales beyond that will be determined depending on the product development status.
