GTD Black Ice 460 SSF Driver |
A tuned-up model of the draw-biased GTD460 driver is now available!
The unevenness of the face is polished to the utmost.
Improved control performance! |
*Only the face is processed. *The body is the same as the 460 driver, so the loft, weight, and other specifications remain unchanged.
A super evolved version of the CodeK with a large shallow back and large head that catches fish easily.
"Kindness" that surpasses everything. Unbelievable size of sweet spot. The head volume is the largest at 460cc, and although it has a shallow back structure, the face is quite deep, and compared to other companies' drivers of the same size, the effective face area and sweet spot are at the largest level.
The view (projected area) when you set up is about the same as the TaylorMade SIM Driver MAX D, but slightly smaller than the PING G425MAX, making it a size that is just right for hitting. The crown is the same matte black as the PING driver.
The trajectory is slightly higher than the medium trajectory of the Angel-C driver, 455Plus2, etc. The draw bias makes it easy to hit a high draw because the trajectory is higher.
The double slits at the front of the sole provide the shallowest center of gravity in the industry for a shallow-back driver, resulting in ultra-low spin!
Although the trajectory is high, the ball keeps moving forward and forward, so it's easy to get a run. In terms of how easy it is to get the ball up, how forgiving it is, and how large the carry is, it could be called the successor (super-evolved) to the Code-K driver.
However, it is much easier to use than the Code-K driver, and it clearly flies further than the Code-K driver! It utilizes the spring effect of the entire head, and the hitting feel is solid and heavy! It has a slight draw bias, so it has the greatest catch in GTD history.
It is recommended for slicers, but it is also ideal for aiming for a high draw by ensuring a draw.

VTC updated to achieve even faster ball speeds
SPEEDER NX BLACK
A pioneering approach that creates new common sense that overturns conventional concepts |
Until now, tip-action shafts have had the impression of providing good grip but lacking stability, and of getting the ball up in the air but losing momentum on impact.
The "SPEEDER NX BLACK" uses a new VTC that tightens the torque from the tip to the middle section, stabilizing head behavior and improving operability.
By optimizing the stiffness distribution, ball variation is reduced even when hit off-center.
This model combines high levels of distance and stability.
VARIABLE TORQUE CORE technology is used in the SPEEDER NX series. By increasing the torsional rigidity from the tip to the middle, the head behavior is stabilized and the shaking at impact is suppressed. It creates operability and stability that was not found in previous tip-action shafts. It has eliminated the image of "poor operability and wildness" of the conventional tip-middle action. *In our comparison, the landing variation at off-center has been reduced compared to the conventional tip-middle adjustment (SPD EVO).
|
●Optimized EI distribution Increasing the bending rigidity of the tip x VTC effect It suppresses shaking at the time of impact, allowing you to push the ball without being defeated, and reduces left and right variation.
We have eliminated the image of the traditional tip-middle action being "inconsistent ball hitting and losing on impact."
