One Star★
The key concept of the MODEL01 head is to set the center of gravity at a shallow position to suppress excess spin. The shallow center of gravity depth, which could only be achieved with a small head, is realized with a large head size. It also adds a sense of security to the appearance. In addition, the center of gravity distance is set slightly longer than the MODEL01, providing stability and reducing left mistakes.

Two Star★★
Deep center of gravity design and high moment of inertia head. The high moment of inertia (5020) suppresses head shaking, and even on mishits, it reduces loss of distance and provides stability. It also has a moderate amount of spin and the ball rises well. It has a deep center of gravity design, but it is not a shallow shape, but has a bold look that follows the flow of MODEL01.

New material Ti-HEG
The Ti-HEG titanium used in the MODEL01 was well-received for its feel and flight. It has a yield strength of 125% and an elongation rate of 165% compared to Ti6-4. The face is flexible and supple, and the material itself allows for large deflection. The fine, high-density crystal grains also add to the soft feel.

Face Structure The face plate material is formed by high-precision CNC machining. The face's central area is made thicker to add mass, while the periphery is made thinner, amplifying the amount of face deflection. By minimizing the variation in thickness and increasing the accuracy of the face, the potential of the material is maximized.

Overturning the conventional concept of torque "VCT"
The combination of these two elements resulted in an innovative shaft design.

Fujikura's proprietary 3D motion capture system exists in both the US and Japan.
By analyzing the swing dynamically in 3D, correlations can be made between the swing process and the ball trajectory.

VCT
Conventional torque distribution generally means one number per shaft, that is, EI distribution, which measures the torque of the entire shaft. Fujikura has overturned that concept. It divides the shaft into three parts, the grip, the middle, and the tip, and precisely controls the torque of each part. This is Fujikura's VCT (Variable Torque Core).

By reducing the torque at the grip side and increasing the torque difference with the middle section, we have achieved a smooth feeling and unified shaft behavior.
It reduces reverse bending during the downswing, and the ease of swinging is converted into club speed and ball speed.
In addition, by increasing the rigidity of the tip, the model has been designed to produce stronger trajectories.
