Excellent performance even in wet conditions The "HYDRO SPIN FACE" is the first in the series to feature laser etching technology. Compared to previous technologies, we have succeeded in digging deeper grooves on the face. The deeper grooves allow moisture and grass to escape between the face and the ball, improving durability against wear and providing stable, high spin performance. In addition, the synergistic effect of the "RAW Face Technology" with grooves that are left as they are without plating provides excellent performance even in wet conditions.
Improved face shape and finish Based on feedback from tour pros, the top line and leading edge have been slightly rounded to make the face easier to address and easier to visualize approaching the target around the green. In addition, the new "Tour Satin Chrome" finish has been adopted to reduce sunlight reflection and upgrade the color to make it easier to address.
Milled Grind Sole The "Milled Grind Sole" is synonymous with the series. TaylorMade's "CNC precision machining" allows for precision manufacturing that is difficult to reproduce by hand, resulting in a consistent sole shape. Each wedge achieves good release when shot and provides stable performance. In addition, the thickness of the flange has been increased from the previous model, providing a milder feel and sound, as well as making it easier to imagine the ball on the face, improving operability. The thickness of the toe side has also been optimized for each club, providing the performance required for each club.
RAW Face Technology Equipped with non-plated grooves that are machined as is, the club offers a soft feel and produces a stable, high amount of spin even in wet conditions, providing excellent performance.

*These specifications are calculated values and provisional values. Please note that they may be subject to change.
*Since the face surface is RAW (non-plated), if the protective film applied at the time of product shipment is removed, corrosion will occur and rust will appear, but this will not affect the performance of the product.

■Product Concept When developing this product, we analyzed the wedge shafts currently on the market. As a result, we found that there was no consistency in physical properties such as hardness and kick point. Therefore, with a new perspective that wedge shafts should also be selectable based on swing type, we started development by reflecting the opinions of two staff members with completely opposite swing types.

- Wedge shafts should also have performance that matches the characteristics of each golfer -
■Swing type suitable for "MCI SOLID"
-The shaft has a mid-tip action that provides a unified movement from the grip to the tip. This type of club hits by using the wrist softly, moving the head in a shallow, circular motion, and picking up the ball with the face. Golfers with this swing type are characterized by rarely taking turf even on full shots. For the approach shot, it is suitable for golfers who want to land the ball softly on the green and get it close to the pin.

■Swing type suitable for "MCI MILD"
The shaft has a medium flex with increased tip rigidity and gentle movement. This type of hits with the ball held down while keeping the wrist locked in a hand-first position. Golfers with this swing type are characterized by taking the turf firmly with a full shot, bringing the head into a sharp angle. The approach shot is suitable for golfers who want to hit a fast ball low and stop it close to the pin with spin. |
