The three "D"s that lead to your ideal
Titleist iron fitting is built on the ideal trajectory performance with the initials of three "D"s: Distance Control, Dispersion Control, and Descent Angle. By optimally balancing all three elements for each player, you can take your iron shot consistency to a new level and improve your score.
DISTANCE CONTROL
By equalizing the ball speed (2.24m/s) between iron numbers, we can maximize and stabilize the carry. In addition to selecting a model to achieve the ideal distance between iron numbers, we also suggest options such as combinations (mixed model sets), utility irons, and utility metals.
DISPERSION CONTROL
We will check the tendency of the ball to scatter left and right and suggest a model selection or combination of multiple models that will enable you to hit the ball more accurately and in the direction you imagine. DESCENT ANGLE
