Aren't professional model wedges difficult?
There are wedges for amateurs!
A new category of wedge, the RM-α, designed for players aiming for a single handicap. To achieve a single HDCP, you don't need a super approach to get a high score like in a professional match, but for amateurs to put together a score, you need to be able to pick up par with a high probability in simple lies and situations. Professional models that allow you to use your techniques are like racing cars, and you can get great shots, but they are less forgiving of mistakes and are too difficult for amateurs. This RM-α is like a semi-automatic paddle shifter in a car, and the sole design is forgiving of mistakes even in approaches using techniques, increasing the probability of aiming for par from various lies. Just as professional models are made to bring out the skills of professionals, there are wedges that suit the skills of amateurs, and we would like ambitious players who are aiming for a single handicap to use them.
This is the new category, RM-α.

The new DG series (DG95/DG105/DG120) was developed over a period of more than three years. By adopting new materials, heat treatment, Variable Wall Technology (VWT), an original shaft that varies the thickness in multiple places, and a new step pattern, the new DG series offers the same feeling as the previous Dynamic Gold model while achieving even greater performance.
In particular, the DG95 model, which was released first in Japan, is lightweight at around 90g, but by having a similar stiffness curve to the conventional DG model, it achieves the same stickiness and controllability as the DG, despite being a lightweight shaft.
The greatest advantages of lightweight shafts -- ease of swing and distance -- have been further improved, and by setting the kick point at a mid-kick point for the DG95 and at a kick-kick point for the DG105/120, we have achieved a balance with controllability. |

Introducing the lightest Dynamic Gold ever, the DYNAMIC GOLD 85! Using new alloys and manufacturing processes, we have finally succeeded in developing the lightest Dynamic Gold ever, and have added it to the DG series as the new product Dynamic Gold 85!
Simply making the shaft lighter does not make it "Dynamic Gold". Dynamic Gold is especially popular among tour professionals and top athlete golfers, and must meet strict requirements to ensure it performs at its best under any circumstances. Thanks to its accumulated track record and know-how cultivated on the professional stage, Dynamic Gold 85 has cleared all of these requirements and has succeeded in achieving the maximum ball initial velocity, launch angle, and flight distance of any shaft in the 80g range.
The butt diameter is set thinner than comparable products from other companies to improve the impact sensation and tune it for a softer feeling. In addition, the tip is about 18% softer than other products, resulting in a high trajectory and smooth impact.
Even if you currently use a carbon shaft, you can enjoy the performance that only a steel shaft can provide with the Dynamic Gold 85, the lightest Dynamic Gold shaft ever, created using a new alloy and manufacturing process.
